The studios at Residhome Paris-Evry are amazing! They have a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchenette, so we could relax and cook our own meals whenever we wanted. It felt like a home away from home. I loved how the studios were fully equipped with a living room and comfortable beds. It was so nice to have a cozy space to hang out with friends and get a good night's sleep.- The kitchen area in the studios was awesome. It had ceramic hobs and dishes, so we could easily make our own meals. It was convenient and saved us money on eating out all the time.- The 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for our group. It had a kitchenette and was close to public transportation and shopping options. It made exploring the city so easy.- The double room we stayed in was great. It had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom with free toiletries. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the hideaway bed in the living room of the studio. But I understand that some people might enjoy the flexibility it offers.

If your plans include visiting aquaboulevard, you should stay here. Free Wi Fi was working perfectly. Location, walking distance to all attractions. We greatly enjoyed residhome paris evry so we would book again.

Very nice and clean room. The staff was really helpful and with excellent English. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The location is very good, as it is 2mins walk from RER station. It was good value for money. For the same money, you can get a 2-star basic room without breakfast in the centre of Paris.

The value for money was excellent, with a superbly clean and comfortable room, complete with a well-equipped kitchenette. The location was convenient, near a shopping center and train station, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps by offering more variety or lower prices.

Leaving it the next day!!!!!!
The Residome Paris-Evry Hotel was highlighted as the top choice to meet our selection criteria, the preferred choice by Booked.net. I had selected the Hotel based on the reviews I had read. We were looking for 4 star quality accommodation across two rooms so my daughter would get a good nights sleep. We ended up being extremely disappointed. We had pre- notified a late arrival of 10 pm. We had booked for three but only one double bed was made-up and ready. We went to find the restaurant and bar but were told with a shrug that it was the weekend and no eating or drinking facilities were on offer except warm drinks from a limited shop. We had an early start next day and again had selected the hotel to make finding breakfast easy. However, they seemed unsure if the pre- booked breakfast would be available, so we left without having eaten. In the room the tea and coffee facilities were only available for one person. It was an expensive outlay for extremely poor facilities. If we had not already paid before we arrived we would have gone to a cheaper hotel where at least the facilities would have matched the expectations they had set.

New hotel in a petfect location very close to the bus & train station (Orly airport 50 mins and 3€85 away by rer 'd' and shuttle bus 285 via Juvisy. Fresh water, tea, coffee, buns in room each day. Excellent breakfast. Very good quality restaurant (starter, main + 25cl wine 20€). Large good quality shopping mall a few minutes walk away. Garage available (not used by me) Highly recommended.

I really appreciated the tasteful decoration of the hotel. The common areas were elegant and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be easily accessible, with ramps and elevators making it convenient for me to navigate with my mobility limitations.
I would have preferred if the children working there were more attentive and helpful to the needs of senior guests.

The room had a fridge and a kettle, which was helpful. the hotel was located near a train station and a lot of restaurants, making it easy to find something to eat. the staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was not very clean and there was a lot of noise from outside. There was no elevator, which made it difficult to carry luggage up to the room.

Residhome Paris - Evry was a wonderful Aparthotel. The most important fact that struck us was the cleanliness of the apartment. It was also very well kitted out. Its location beside the rer train station was important to us as we were coming from Charles de Gaulle airport and we could get there with one change. It also has a boulangerie beside it and the a shopping centre nearby which was also excellent. Overall we were very satisfied , the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we will be back.
Parking is limited in the hotel and even though we had a key pass for there when we arrived back late at night there were no spaces left. Surely if one had a pass then that should match the number of spaces available. We parked outside and moved the car in the morning so as to avoid a ticket.

Free Wi-Fi, very clean and nice staff
Breakfast was ok if you were up early, but when there is a bus load of tourists (Like every day for the 5 nights I was there) they can't cope as the breakfast room is too small and the tables don't get cleared away, and when the tables are cleared and clean you will find that there are no plates and if there were any for you to use there was no food to put on them anyway.
